Double girder gantry large cutter

This model is our R & D team according to the market demand, independently developed a new product, it in addition to having all the characteristics of conventional gantry multi-plate bridge cutting machine and efficient combination saw, but also has the following advantages:

1.Higher yields. Multiple pieces can be hung (up to 27 pieces), and the new tower hanging method is adopted, with more pieces and higher output. Compared with conventional multi-plate bridge cutting machine, the output can be doubled by 2-3 times;

2.Cut large plates, can hang large pieces (up to 36 meters of saw blades), large stroke, up to 1.6 meters deep.

3.High space utilization: No special foundation is required, and the conventional multi-piece bridge cutting machine foundation can be used according to the rules.

4.Energy saving: The use of high-efficiency and energy-saving motors, to achieve the same output, lower energy consumption, compared to conventional multi-piece bridge cutting, the comprehensive cost can be reduced by about 30%.

5.Higher stability: the unique double beam structure and heavy fuselage make the cutting effect better, the accuracy is higher, the plate surface is flatter, and the amount is higher.
